Insurance and Fees

We work with as many insurance plans as possible so we can reach as many people as we can. Please do not let any concerns regarding coverage stop you from contacting us. We can assist you with verifying coverage and eligibility, if needed. A list of our currently accepted insurance plans is below.

We also accept cash clients on a sliding scale for those who do not have insurance coverage. If you would like to request a sliding fee, please schedule a phone consultation, which will be conducted to determine a reasonable fee based on your ability to pay.

Payments can be made via cash, check, and credit card. A fee of $60 will be charged for any appointments canceled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. No new appointments will be allowed to be scheduled until the late cancelation or ”no show” fee is collected.
